Our Management Team

OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM 

Mr. F. C. (Kit) Brendle, Jr. is the President and General Manager of Brendle Sprinkler Co., Inc. He began with the company in 1971. He has served 3 times as the President of the Alabama Fire Sprinkler Association. 

Hunter Brendle is the Vice President. He began with the company in 2000 working in contracts and in 2005 became the Vice President. He is a Nicet Level III in Fire Protection Water-Based Systems Layout. 

Gail Brendle is the Secretary Treasurer and Office Manager. She began with the company in 1976.

 
CONTRACTS 
 
John Hall is the manager of the Huntsville Office. He has been with the company since 1988 with experience in the business since 1980. He has a Nicet Level III in Fire Protection Water-Based Systems Layout. He has also served as the President of the Alabama Fire Sprinkler Association. 
 
Mike Garrity has been with the company since 2004. He is an estimator and a project manager. He is a Nicet Level III in Fire Protection Water-Based Systems Layout and has been in the fire sprinkler business since 1976. 
 
John L. Goodman, Jr., has been with the company since 1971. He worked for 27 years as a pipe fitter and came into the office to take over Superintendent in 1998. 
 
Bobby Bethea is our Safety Manager. Bobby spent 33 years as a pipe fitter, and upon the retirement of a longtime employee was put in the position as Safety Manager. He has attended ABC training for Project Manager Safety, which was completed in March, 2007. He also completed training in Powered Industrial Lift Truck Train-the-Trainer Course completed in October, 2008.
 
Ken Helton has 30+ years in automatic sprinkler system layout and in Jan. 1990 he obtained a Senior Engineering Technician certification (NICET Level IV) in Fire Protection Engineering Technology Automatic Sprinkler System Layout. Cert. # 075522. He has been with Brendle since 2005.  

 

Gabe Langford is our Purchasing Agent and has been with the company since 1997. Gabe has worked in Service Work, Contracts, and took over Purchasing in 2005. 
 
SERVICE WORK 
 
Charles T. Bierlair, has been with the company since 1977, is the service manager. He is a Nicet Level IV in Fire Protection Layout and Level III in Inspection and Testing. He has also served as the President of the Alabama Fire Sprinkler Association. 

Randy Stephens has been with Brendle since 1986 and is also in the Service Department. 
 
INSPECTION AND TESTING 
 
Larry W. Munroe, started with Brendle in 1982, manages the inspection and testing of sprinkler systems. Larry is a Nicet Level III in Inspection and Testing.
